Pitco RP18 Description
The Pitco RP18 commercial fryer filter improves the taste and texture of food by removing fatty acids, food particles, and ice crystals from frozen product. Comfortably fitting under fryer drains, its low-profile design has a 75-pound oil capacity. It has a 5-foot-long flexible, high-temperature hose and a return nozzle with a non-heat conducting handle. By backflushing the lines, the reversible pumps prevent clogging. It can quickly be connected and disconnected and be moved on swivel casters.
