Outfitted with a lockable, stainless steel-trimmed glass door, the Summit SDHW1532 undercounter wine cooler deters unauthorized entry. A front-breathing design with interior and exterior fans minimizes hot spots to ensure steady cooling, while R600a refrigerant flows through the bottom-mounted compressor to stabilize temperatures between 41 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed with a sealed back, the fully-finished black cabinet blocks airborne debris and measures 14 3⁄4 inches wide by 19 3⁄4 inches deep by 33 3⁄4 inches high.
The Summit SDHW1532 wine cooler features a dedicated Sabbath mode that disables sounds, lights, and displays in accordance with religious practices. Built-in open-door and high-temperature alarms reduce air loss and overheating, while adjustable leveling feet resist unwanted movement. Simple digital controls deliver up-to-date readings and oversee automatic defrosting to clear frost during extended service. Holding up to 18 bottles, the 1.8-cubic-foot, LED-lit interior integrates six steel shelves that rise and lower to match shifting storage needs.
