Summit SCR7012DBCSS Description
The Summit SCR7012DBCSS bar refrigerator is engineered with interior lighting to help merchandise product, and its two factory-installed keyed locks provide security when staff are not available to watch the unit. Because the refrigerator keeps supplies and drinks close at hand, it streamlines customer service and lessens employee workload. Accommodating various bottles and cans, the unit has a stainless steel trim on the self-closing French doors, easing cleanup and increasing durability. Since the refrigerator is less than 20 inches deep, it can fit behind the bar and is intended for freestanding use. Reducing user maintenance, the unit has an auto defrost system, while the solid glass doors give operators clear access to the interior. Operators can rearrange the refrigerator space to accommodate various sizes and shapes of product, as well as remove shelves to make cleanup simpler. For temperature management, the electronic controls are located in the front kickplate.
