The refrigeration system operates with R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant and can maintain temperatures from 34 to 43 degrees Fahrenheit. As holding requirements change, staff can set the dial thermostat located inside the cabinet, and to maintain a frost-free environment, this unit defrosts automatically, minimizing user maintenance requirements. Its 21-inch-wide by 17 3⁄4-inch-deep by 25 3⁄4-inch-tall interior features a stainless steel liner to protect the flooring from impact and damage as kegs are loaded or removed. To ease cleaning, this liner is made of one piece which eliminates bacteria-harboring cracks.
