The Summit ALWC15CSS wine cellar features a Sabbath mode that disables automatic functions in accordance with observance guidelines. Measuring 14 3⁄4 inches wide by 25 3⁄8 inches deep by 32 inches high, its stainless steel frame mounts on leveling feet and slides under worktops to keep contents within reach. The locking, reversible glass door regulates daily access, while five wooden shelves arrange 23 bottles beneath LED lighting for immediate recognition. Fueled by R600a refrigerant, the self-contained system promotes eco-conscious, 41 to 64-degree-Fahrenheit performance and uses a digital thermostat with automated defrosting to eliminate ice accumulation inside the 2.2-cubic-foot interior.
