Advance Tabco WB-3G-NAT-BS Description
The Advance Tabco WB-3G-NAT-BS hot food table has three wells that can hold full-size pans, enabling it to heat three cooked foods simultaneously. The wells are designed for wet operation and, before use, should be filled with 1 to 2 inches of water that heats, turns into steam, and evenly warms food in the pans. Staff members can control the wells and adjust the settings quickly with one knob. When users are ready to serve the food, they can plate it on the front cutting board using supplies from the shelves. With a small, accessible dish shelf and large undershelf, the Advance Tabco WB-3G-NAT-BS steam table is made primarily of stainless steel, making it durable for commercial use.
