Continental D2RIN Description
Great for locations looking to bring cool storage closer to preparation stations, the Continental D2RIN roll-in refrigerator is designed to hold two, 66 1⁄2-inch high racks that are easily loaded and unloaded via the removable ramps. The stainless steel guides help to secure the rack into place and can be removed when deep cleaning. Overall, the unit measures 68 1⁄2 inches wide by 35 3⁄8 inches deep by 86 inches high and is made of aluminum with a stainless steel front.
Positioned atop the Continental D2RIN roll-in refrigerator is its self-contained refrigeration system. To ensure safe and efficient operation, the system uses R290 refrigerant. Staff must access the electronic controller to set the desired holding temperature and to address or monitor the system’s functionality. The unit is equipped with an expansion valve system, side and top air ducts, a hot-gas condensate evaporator, and an off-cycle defrost system.
