The Continental Refrigeration 2RNGD two-section reach-in refrigerator combats cold air loss with its snap-in, magnetic gaskets and self-closing door. However, if the temperature does spike, the expansion valve increases refrigerant flow to quickly bring it back down. Because the unit has glass doors, it saves operators on time and energy by letting them view refrigerator contents without opening a door and letting cold air out. Interior LED lighting keeps product illuminated in dark areas, and the unit is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, a material that is user friendly to maintain and clean because of its durable nature. To maximize storage, the refrigeration system is top-mounted, and since warm air exhausted from the condenser rises from the top rather than the bottom, it runs cooler than bottom-mounted models. This setup also helps keep kitchen areas colder.
