Continental 2RESNSS Description
Made of stainless steel, the Continental 2RESNSS reach-in refrigerator is resistant to corrosion and dents to help extend its lifespan through high-volume use. This unit has two sections and provides operators with 40 cubic feet of internal space for storing food items. Affixed to the front of the unit are two solid steel doors; the left door is hinged on the left and the right door is hinged on the right for optimal cabinet access. Internally, this unit provides operators with six epoxy-coated steel shelves to organize food product. To provide an enhanced view of its contents, this unit has interior LED lights.
The Continental 2RESNSS reach-in refrigerator relies on an eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a set temperature between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If the unit’s temperature deviates from its setting, a temperature alert sounds to notify operators. To help recovery times and maintain a cool cabinet, this unit has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between its metal paneling. Overall, this unit measures 57 inches wide by 29 1⁄4 inches deep by 82 1⁄4 inches high.
