Continental 2REN Description
Because the Continental Refrigeration 2REN two-section reach-in refrigerator has a more efficient cooling system than capillary tubes, operators can repeatedly open the door without letting too much warm air in. Its thermal expansion valve adjusts the refrigerant flow based on the current temperature, quickly bringing it down to the desired level. The unit can be installed anywhere with a power source and the right amount of floor space, even if the flooring is slightly uneven, as its adjustable feet can make up the difference of small variances. These installation requirements are much more convenient than those of walk-in coolers, which take up more space and may need level floors constructed of concrete or another insulated material. In the Continental Refrigeration 2REN extra-wide reach-in, epoxy covers its six heavy-duty steel shelves, which resist rust and provide ingredient access.
