Ice-O-Matic CIM0836GA90/KSI-1 Description
Because it produces gourmet, grande-size ice cubes, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0836GA90/KSI-1 ice machine head is suitable for serving premium drinks and high-end liquors in an upscale restaurant or bar. These ice cubes measure 1 1⁄4 inches by 1 1⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inches, and in ideal operating conditions, this unit can produce 850 pounds of this ice per day. If environmental temperatures are too high, it makes closer to 645 pounds per day. Its refrigeration system is air cooled and self-contained to expedite installation.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0836GA90/KSI-1 large-cube ice machine head has dishwasher-safe food zone components to streamline cleaning. These pieces are made of plastic, and they include no crevices that could harbor debris. To inhibit the formation of bacteria, the unit is protected with built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial and a SafeIce UV light. Cleaning can be performed with the push of a button, and an LED status display alerts users when maintenance is needed.
