Since the dish has Tri-Ply construction, it has an aluminum layer sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. The aluminum evenly distributes heat to ensure food is cooked evenly. Lifting the Browne 5724095 Thermalloy stir fry pan is simple since the handle stays cool to the touch. It is secured to the pan with three offset rivets.
