The Browne 5724054 Thermalloy® frying pan is constructed of stainless steel for durability in commercial settings. Heat is evenly transferred with the 1⁄4-inch aluminum sandwich base. Handles make lifting the pan simple, and they are secure to the pan with rivets. They stay cool to the touch while cooking to prevent injury.
