Winholt INHPL-1836C Description
The Winholt INHPL-1836C full-height heated cabinet features an insulated aluminum build and can hold 35 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches—ideal for high-volume locations serving large quantities of bread products. The clear door provides a view of the inside without needing to open the door and disturb the proofing process.
The thermostatic controls along the bottom of the Winholt INHPL-1836C heated proofing cabinet provide precise user control. Each knob controls heating or proofing settings, and the thermometer displays the current internal temperature for monitoring purposes. The bottom of the unit is fitted with rubber bumpers at the edges, while the whole unit sits atop four casters, two of which lock, for cleaning underneath as needed.
