Winholt INHPL-1836C-DGT Description
The Winholt INHPL-1836C-DGT insulated heated cabinet is built with a clear door that promotes an interior view while staying closed. Adjustments can be made with digital controls, and an LED display provides a readout of the current temperature for monitoring purposes. This unit accommodates (35) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans, and product is warmed evenly using forced-air technology. It includes two modes: heat mode, which reaches temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and proof mode, which operates as high as 110 degrees Fahrenheit with as much as 95 percent relative humidity.
Great for foodservice operations, the Winholt INHPL-1836C-DGT full-height heated cabinet is equipped with 4-inch polyurethane casters. Two casters have brakes to hold the unit still while employees serve hot trays to customers. It includes corner bumpers that protect it from collision damages during transport, and this aluminum cabinet is durable enough to handle heavy-duty use.
