Winholt INHPL-1836C-DGT Description
The Winholt INHPL-1836C heated proofer cabinet fits (35) 18-inch by 26-inch pans for large-batch proofing or holding. Its 20 3⁄4-inch-wide by 34 1⁄8-inch-deep by 67 1⁄8-inch-high insulated aluminum body boosts heat retention, and the forced-air system circulates air evenly to minimize temperature variation. Outfitted with 5-inch casters and corner bumpers, it defends against light impact during relocation. A removable analog drawer eases cleaning and servicing, while the lift-off clear Lexan door provides a full interior view. Operating up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, digital thermostatic controls with an LED display switch between dough proofing and hot holding for versatile application.
