Its large pan well holds four full-size food pans or a combination of fractional pans. This configuration gives operators the flexibility to display salads, sandwiches, fruits and vegetables, and bottled drinks. These items are protected from contamination by overhead sneeze guards. This nonelectric cold food buffet keeps these products cold for hours with ice, meaning it doesn't need to be hooked up to a power outlet. Easier to clean than ice, buffet Camchillers® and ColdFest® crocks can be used in place of ice, though they're not included with this bar.

With its double-wall polyethylene construction, the Cambro VBRL5186 Versa serving buffet provides reliable durability that resists cracking, denting, and corrosion. Because its easy-to-clean exterior is textured, the material hides scratches to maintain a professional appearance. Convenient to move around the cafeteria serving area, the unit is mounted on 6-inch swivel casters and has ergonomically designed, molded-in end handles.
