Cambro VBRL5158 Description
Intended to provide healthy grab-and-go selections in cafeterias, the Cambro VBRL5158 Versa Food Bar™ can be used with fruits and vegetables, salads, sandwiches, and bottled drinks. It maintains cold product temperatures for hours without an electrical connection, freeing up potential areas for use. It keeps food cold with ice, and if operators prefer an easier-to-clean option, the unit is compatible with Camchillers® and ColdFest® pans, which are sold separately. The large pan well can hold four full-size pans or a combination of fractional pans. Overhead sneeze guards protect the pan area from potential contamination during service.
With 6-inch swivel casters, the Cambro VBRL5158 low-height serving buffet can be moved around cafeterias to suit different applications. Handles are molded into both ends for comfortable steering, and the sneeze guards have a fold-down layout to minimize the unit's footprint during transport. This cold food bar is made of double-wall polyethylene—plastic that resists rusting, denting, and breaking. The material's textured exterior is easy to clean and reduces the visibility of scratches. Because this plastic is hot red, it grabs attention with its splash of color and matches existing red Versa equipment and accessories.
