This Cambro UPCHT1600HD192 Ultra Camcart® H Series insulated food carrier features a front-loading design that simplifies product loading and retrieval. Its two compartment each have a door, and each door swings out 240 degrees for full access to the interior. The doors latch securely when they're closed to minimize temperature fluctuations. Encased in a double-wall polyethylene shell, the cabinet is resistant to dents, cracks, and rust, and the exterior doesn't get hot during operation. This unit measures 28 3⁄4 inches wide by 33 3⁄8 inches deep by 54 1⁄8 inches high and is furnished with 6-inch, heavy-duty casters that swivel and lock it in place.

The top door of the Cambro UPCHT1600HD192 food carrier is heated, which is ideal for users who have to open the door frequently or store the unit in cool ambient temperatures. It holds product at temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and its non-radiant heat won't dry out food. Vertical vents distribute heat throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots.
