Cambro UPCHT1600HD131 Description
The Cambro UPCHT1600HD131 Ultra Camcart® H Series heated food pan carrier has 6-inch, heavy-duty casters with brakes that facilitate movement and stabilize the unit during operation. Users can steer the 28 3⁄4-inch-wide by 33 3⁄8-inch-deep by 54 1⁄8-inch-high structure with molded-in, mid-height vertical handles, and a built-in bumper helps minimize scuffs and scrapes to walls and furniture. Made of seamless, double-wall polyethylene, it resists cracks, dents, and rust while remaining cool to the touch. This cabinet's interior is designed to accommodate full-size food pans with depths measuring 2 1⁄2, 4, 6, and 8 inches.
Because the Cambro UPCHT1600HD131 food pan carrier's double doors open 240 degrees, users have full access to the interior cabinet for quick loading and unloading. The doors latch securely, reducing temperature fluctuations. This cabinet is fully insulated with thick polyurethane foam, enabling users to store hot and cold foods. Its top cabinet has an electrically heated design, generating temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Vertical vents circulate hot air evenly throughout the cabinet, while vent caps for each compartment expel steam that could impact texture prior to food being served.
