Cambro UPCHT1600HD110 Description
The Cambro UPCHT1600HD110 Ultra Camcart® H Series insulated food carrier has a 28 3⁄4-inch-wide by 33 3⁄8-inch-deep by 54 1⁄8-inch-high structure that accommodates full-size food pans with various depths. Its polyethylene shell resists dents, cracks, and rust and comes in black for a professional look for catering applications. Users have full access to product with the two swing-open doors, which latch securely to minimize temperature fluctuations. Heavy-duty swivel and fixed casters are secured onto the bottom of the unit, facilitating movement and stabilization.
Designed with a heated top section, this Cambro UPCHT1600HD110 food carrier is great for applications that require doors to be opened and closed frequently or storage in cool temperatures. Because this unit maintains temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit, it ensures food remains safe to eat. Vertical vents circulate hot air throughout the cabinet to eliminate cold spots for even results, and vent caps release steam that can cause crunchy foods to become soggy prior to being served. Because it's lined with thick polyurethane, this unit can accommodate a combination of hot and cold foods. For catering applications, it can remain unplugged for as long as 4 hours.
