Cambro UPC400194 Description
The Cambro UPC400194 Camcarrier® Ultra Pan Carrier® food carrier holds six pans and can accommodate different arrangements of full-size, half-size, and third-size pans. Insulated with foam polyurethane and lined with airtight gaskets, it can hold hot and cold food for more than 4 hours. To prevent food from getting soggy, a pop-up vent on top releases steam, and optimal results are reached by loading the pans between 180 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. However, loading metal pans with temperatures higher than 250 degrees Fahrenheit and loading pans on the floor can damage the carrier.
