To ease transportation, it’s equipped with molded-in handles. Its two storage compartments each accommodate (12) 21⁄2-inch-deep 1/1 GN pans, while the foam insulation preserves product temperatures. Overall, this unit measures 851⁄8 inches wide by 331⁄2 inches deep by 94 inches high.
For durability to withstand high-volume use, the Cambro KVC854C192 food cart is made of sturdy, easy-to-clean polyethylene. It features a Kentucky green canopy to shield food and beverages from sun and rain in outdoor settings, and because the canopy is raised on telescoping poles, it can be raised or lowered as needed to fit through doorways. This unit includes a lockable cash box for secure point-of-sale transactions.
