Cambro KVC854C158 Description
For outdoor use, the Cambro KVC854C158 CamKisosk® cart has a beige canopy that shades displayed food and the operator. To promote the business's brand, the canopy and display panel can be customized with a specific logo. The canopy's telescoping pole can be lowered to 12 inches for storage. The cart is hot red to match established decor, and it's made of dent-, crack-, and bubble-resistant polyethylene to lengthen its surface life. Meant to be moved, it's fitted with four 6-inch swivel casters, and two of the casters have brakes to stabilize the unit in place. Molded-in handles provide a comfortable, ergonomic grip to increase user control when maneuvering the unit.
Four pan wells built into the Cambro KVC854C158 cart can display a wide range of meals and snacks, while additional drinks and prepackaged foods can be stored on the shelf built above the pan wells. Beneath the countertop, an insulated cabinet preserves hot and cold temperatures to ensure food is held in safe temperatures for serving. The cabinet has two insulated compartments, and each holds as many as (12) 21⁄2-inch-deep full-size gastronorm pans.
