The Cambro KVC854519 CamKiosk® vending cart is mobile with four 6-inch-by-2-inch swivel casters. In its base, two insulated storage compartments retain food temperatures for hours, holding a variety of pans, depending on depth. To monitor internal temperatures, thermometers are mounted on the outside, and this unit has four top wells that hold four full-size food pans or a variety of fractional-size food pans. A display shelf lets users merchandise food, which is protected by the sneeze guard. The Cambro KVC854519 cart has a double-wall construction made of high-density polyethylene to resist bending and breaking. Its core is insulated with polyurethane foam for structure.
