Four pan wells built into the countertop can accommodate a variety of items for changing menus. Insulated with thick, CFC-free polyurethane foam, the cabinet can preserve hot and cold food temperatures for hours. The cabinet has two insulated compartments, and each one accommodates as many as (12) 2¹⁄₂-inch-deep gastronorm pans.

The Cambro KVC854158 cart has a dent-, crack-, and bubble-resistant plastic construction to lengthen its service life. This smooth plastic can be wiped clean for thorough sanitation, and its hot red appearance matches a wide range of decorative themes. Meant to be moved, this 85¹⁄₈-inch-wide by 33¹⁄₂-inch-deep by 70¹⁄₂-inch-high unit is fitted with swivel casters, and its ergonomic, molded-in handles increase user control over maneuvering. To promote branding, operators can personalize the front display.
