The Cambro EXU245472V5480 Camshelving® Elements XTRA stationary starter unit is a durable storage system designed for heavy-duty use in foodservice environments. This five-tier shelving unit includes vented reinforced polypropylene shelf plates, which enhance airflow to keep stored items fresh and prevent moisture buildup. Each shelf is treated with Camguard® antimicrobial protection to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria, ensuring a hygienic storage area. Measuring 24 inches deep by 54 inches long by 72 inches high, the unit provides vertical storage while utilizing floor space efficiently.
Built for extreme conditions, the Cambro EXU245472V5480 unit operates in temperatures from -36 to 190 Fahrenheit, making it suitable for freezers, coolers, and dry storage areas. Four composite posts with leveling feet ensure stability, while the unit's assembly is streamlined with pre-assembled post connectors, 10 universal traverses, and dovetails. Each shelf supports up to 800 pounds, with a maximum total capacity of 2,400 pounds. Finished in speckled gray, this shelving system is part of a new product line and is incompatible with original Elements series components.
