Designed for heavy-duty storage, the Cambro EXU244272V5480 Camshelving® Elements XTRA stationary starter unit is equipped with five vented reinforced polypropylene shelf plates. These shelves enhance airflow, helping to keep stored items dry and sanitary. Treated with Camguard® antimicrobial protection, the shelves resist bacteria, mold, and mildew growth, ensuring hygienic conditions in foodservice and commercial environments. The speckled gray finish offers a professional and clean appearance suitable for any workspace.
The Cambro EXU244272V5480 shelving unit is built to withstand temperature extremes ranging from -36 degrees Fahrenheit to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It performs reliably in freezers, dry storage, and heated spaces. Each shelf supports up to 800 pounds, with the entire unit accommodating a maximum weight of 2,400 pounds. For ease of assembly, the package includes pre-assembled post connectors, 10 universal traverses, and five bags of dovetails (10 left, 10 right per bag). Composite posts with leveling feet ensure stability, even on uneven floors. Note: This model is not compatible with the original Elements Series.
