From the Camshelving™ Element XTRA series, the Cambro EXHD246070S4480 shelving unit can be assembled without tools and includes four pre-assembled posts, four solid shelf plates with eight matching traverses, 16 dovetails, and four high-density casters. The durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant polypropylene construction enables prolonged use in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees—ideal for use in both dry and cold environments. When stocking the unit, staff should place the heaviest items on the bottom and shouldn’t exceed 750 pounds.
The Cambro EXHD246070S4480 shelving unit’s shelves are imbued with antimicrobial Camguard® to slow the development of mildew, mold, and bacteria. For simple cleaning, the removable shelf plates can be washed in a commercial dishwasher, though users should avoid damaging the material with harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges. This set of shelves sports a speckled gray appearance, which blends seamlessly into back-of-house settings.
