The Cambro EXHD215470S4480 shelving unit is fitted with four solid shelves imbued with antimicrobial Camguard® to slow the development of mildew, mold, and bacteria. The shelf plates are solid and can be removed and run through the dishwasher when cleaning is required.
When filling the Cambro EXHD215470S4480 shelving unit, start with the heaviest items on the bottom tier and place the lightest towards the top. This unit has an overall capacity of 750 pounds, and it can withstand prolonged temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for both cold and dry conditions.
