For use in warm and cold storage environments, the Cambro EXA214884V5480 Camshelving® Elements XTRA vented shelving unit withstands temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has a speckled gray design and comes with 10 universal traverses, 20 dovetail wedges, and a preassembled composite post kit featuring connectors and wedges for easy attachment to a starter unit. Overall, it measures 48 inches long by 21 inches wide by 84 inches high, and while the unit can hold a maximum capacity of 2,400 pounds, each shelf has an 800-pound capacity.
The Cambro EXA214884V5480 add-on shelving unit features Camguard® antimicrobial protection to slow down bacteria growth and leveling feet for stabilization on uneven flooring. With a polypropylene construction, this unit is durable, resistant to rust, and stronger than traditional wire shelving. To streamline cleaning tasks in busy establishments, the shelf plates can simply be removed and run through the dishwasher as needed.
