The Cambro EXA186084V5480 Camshelving® Elements XTRA add-on vented shelving unit’s five vented shelf plates provide ventilation for stored items and are removable and dishwasher safe. They also feature antimicrobial protection with Camguard® for reducing the growth of bacteria, fungus and mold. This speckle gray add-on shelving unit is designed to withstand temperatures from -36 degrees to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and is ideal for increasing storage space in walk-in cooler and freezers as well as hot kitchen areas. Designed for the commercial kitchen environment, this shelving unit is resistant to degradation from common corrosive kitchen materials such as chemicals, salt, acidic foods, and humidity.
The Cambro EXA186084V5480 Camshelving Elements XTRA add-on shelving unit’s posts and traverses are made of strong composite material and have a smooth surface that’s easier to clean. The posts feature an inside-only notch design for the installation of traverse dovetails for a smooth outer face; the traverses are removable and adjustable in 4-inch increments. The unit’s heavy-duty corner connectors feature a front and back clasp design to prevent loss of weight bearing in corners and to improve weight bearing for middle shelves installed between units while maximizing storage space. A reinforced, threaded nylon foot stabilizes the unit on uneven surfaces to prevent rocking. With an overall weight capacity of 2,400 pounds, this unit can hold 800 pounds per shelf and measures 58 inches long by 18 inches wide by 84 inches high.
