The Cambro EXA213072V4480 Camshelving® Elements® XTRA add-on vented shelving unit can be used in walk-in coolers, freezers, pantries and hot kitchen areas because it can withstand temperatures -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This add-on shelving unit has four vented shelves that promote air circulation around stored items and are removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and sanitizing. The shelves contain Camguard® antimicrobial technology to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold and fungus between cleanings. This unit resists rust and corrosion and is safe to use with corrosive substances commonly found in commercial kitchens such as chemicals, salt, food acids, and moisture.

Designed for the demands of commercial kitchens, the Cambro EXA213072V4480 Camshelving Elements XTRA add-on vented shelving unit can store 800 pounds per shelf, with an overall weight capacity of 2,400 pounds. This unit’s posts and traverses are made of a strong composite material and have smooth surfaces that can be wiped clean. The post connectors lock into place on a wraparound collar wedge for enhanced stability and reinforced, threaded nylon feet can be adjusted to level the unit and prevent rocking on uneven floors. The traverses remove for easy cleaning, are adjustable in 4-inch increments for storage of different sized items, and feature inside-only notches. This unit is speckled gray, measures 28 inches long by 21 inches wide by 72 inches high and includes one factory assembled post kit, eight universal traverses, and 16 dovetails.
