Cambro EXA183072V4480 Description
The Cambro EXA183072V4480 add-on shelving unit requires assembly; however, this can be done without tools. For a successful setup, the kit includes: four vented shelves, eight traverses, two posts with leveling feet, and eight dovetail wedges. A two-person team is recommended for building the unit because of its size, and for quicker, more secure assembly, a mallet can be used to secure the shelves atop the dovetails.
The vented pattern of the Cambro EXA183072V4480 shelving add-on’s shelf plates prevents spills from pooling, while providing continuous aeration to stored items. This unit is constructed of polypropylene—a material that resists rust and corrosion—and can endure prolonged placement in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Each shelf plate is detachable to be washed by hand or in a commercial dishwasher, though they should be fully dry before reattaching.
