The Cambro EXA212472S4480 Camshelving® Elements® XTRA add-on solid shelving unit is designed to simplify cleaning tasks in busy commercial kitchens. Its four solid polypropylene shelves are removable and dishwasher safe for easier cleaning and sanitizing, and they contain Camguard® antimicrobial technology to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold and fungus between cleanings. This add-on shelving unit’s posts and traverses are made of a strong composite material with a smooth surface that can be wiped clean, and the traverses are removable for ease of cleaning when deeper cleaning is needed. This unit withstands temperature from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and can be used in walk-in coolers, freezers, dry storage, or in hot, humid kitchen areas.
The Cambro EXA212472S4480 Camshelving Elements XTRA add-on solid shelving unit can store up to 800 pounds per shelf and up to 2,400 pounds overall. This unit’s post connectors lock into place on a wraparound collar wedge to enhance stability, its traverses are adjustable in 4-inch increments for storage of items of various sizes, and its reinforced nylon feet adjust for stabilization and leveling on uneven floors. This speckled gray add-on unit features fewer parts and single-piece, snap-on dovetails for easier assembly. It measures 22 inches long by 21 inches wide by 72 inches high and includes one factory-assembled post kit, eight universal traverses, 16 dovetails, and four solid, reinforced polypropylene shelf plates with Camguard antibacterial protection.
