Cambro EXA182472S4480 Description
Characteristic of units from the Camshelving™ Element XTRA series, the Cambro EXA182472S4480 add-on shelving unit’s durable polypropylene construction is rust and corrosion resistant. This material enables installation in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees, so it's ideal for use in cold and dry storage. The solid shelf plates are infused with antimicrobial Camguard® to slow the growth of mold and mildew; they can be detached and run through a commercial dishmachine as needed.
The Cambro EXA182472S4480 shelving add-on offers tool-free assembly and includes two preassembled posts with adjustable feet, four sets of wedge connectors, eight universal traverses, and four solid shelf plates. For a snug fit, a mallet can be used to tap the shelves onto the wedges. Overall, the unit can hold 2,400 pounds, while each shelf is capable of holding 800 pounds. Additionally, it sports a speckled gray appearance, which meshes well with most settings.
