The Cambro CPMU184875V5480 louvered shelving unit measures 48 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 75 inches high and supports 750 pounds overall. Fitted with casters, it can be transported through the kitchen as needed, and locking brakes prevent the unit from rolling when stability is needed. To provide uniform product temperatures and reduce dust buildup, the five shelf tiers are louvered with openings that enable even airflow. It's safe in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit without rusting or corroding, making it a great choice for use in dry pantries, cold freezers, and humid dishrooms.

As part of the Camshelving® Premium series, the Cambro CPMU184875V5480 polymer shelving unit is easy to install and durable to withstand back-to-back deliveries and frequent loading and unloading. An antimicrobial agent is integrated into the shelf plates to streamline cleaning. When the shelf plates need to be thoroughly sanitized, they can be removed and placed in a dishwasher for cleaning. The post kits come preassembled with molded-in dovetails to streamline installation, and to continue setup, 10 traverses and two sets of post connectors are also included with the unit.
