Mobile on four 5-inch braking swivel casters, the Cambro CPMU214275V5480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit provides a versatile storage and transport option for almost any product. Safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit can be used in walk-in coolers and freezers, pantries, and dishrooms. This five-level shelf system has louvered shelf plates, promoting airflow around stored items. This design helps prevent dust buildup, keeps storage temperatures uniform, and is well-suited for perishable products.

Constructed of polypropylene, the shelf plates on this Cambro CPMU214275V5480 mobile shelving unit resist damage from moisture, chemicals, salt, and acidic foods. When these plates are dirty, they can be wiped down or run through a commercial dishwasher. Because they're made with Camguard® antimicrobial protection, the plates won't be affected by stains or odors from potential bacterial, mold, or fungal growth. Part of the Premium series, this shelf unit is easier to assemble than Cambro's Basics Plus and Elements models. It comes with 10 traverses, two preassembled post kits, and dovetails that are already molded into the components. Made of steel with polypropylene exteriors, the posts and traverses are durable and corrosion resistant, and the traverses can be adjusted in 4-inch increments on the posts.
