Each shelf plate is treated with Camguard® antimicrobial protection to hinder the formation of bacteria, mold, and fungi.

To permit placement in a hot kitchen, a freezer, or a warm pantry, the Cambro CPU184872S4480 shelf kit withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Its shelf plates are constructed of polypropylene—durable, simple-to-clean polymer that's ideal for industrial use. Because the shelves are solid, they secure small items and products that may leak through louvered openings. This unit comes in speckled gray—the standard color for the Camshelving Premium series.
