The Cambro CPU183664S4480 Camshelving Premium starter shelving unit has four solid shelves that hold 800 pounds apiece; altogether, this 36-inch by 18-inch unit shouldn’t be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds. Unlike vented shelves, these solid levels don't have gaps for air circulation—ideal for potentially leaky products, small or irregularly shaped items, and linens.
Removable and dishwasher safe, the polypropylene shelf plates are easy to clean. Between these washings, the operator can wipe down the smooth surfaces, and Camguard® antimicrobial protection reduces the risk of mold, bacterial, and fungal growth. Without this unsanitary buildup, the shelves are protected from stains, odors, and product degradation.
Part of Cambro's Premium series, this Cambro CPU183664S4480 solid shelving unit is suited for high-volume storage, heavy products, and frequent deliveries, and with two preassembled post kits and eight traverses included, this series is also designed for easy assembly. An upgrade from Basics Plus and Elements models, the posts have molded-in dovetails, so they don't have to be added in the field. Versatile for walk-in storage, pantries, and dishrooms, this unit is safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
