Because the shelves on the Cambro CBA244272S4580 polymer add-on shelving unit are solid, they can be used to hold small items and product that could leak. Built with Camguard® antimicrobial, the shelf plates inhibit bacterial growth to streamline cleaning. The unit is made of polypropylene that's durable for heavy-duty use and withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. To hold produce in a walk-in cooler and supplies in a pantry, it has a maximum capacity of 1,800 pounds.
The Cambro CBA244272S4580 solid add-on shelf kit's post connectors and wedges come preassembled to streamline installation. For attachment to existing shelving units, it comes with eight traverses and four bags of eight-count dovetails. With its brushed graphite gray appearance, it matches existing shelving structures and common kitchen decor. Overall, it measures 42 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 72 inches high.
