The Cambro CBA185464V4580 add-on shelf kit is great for holding produce, bagged ingredients, and kitchen supplies on its 54-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 64-inch-high structure, which includes four tiers and accommodates 1,800 pounds total. Although the top shelf has a 400 capacity, the other three shelves can hold 600 pounds each. The shelves' vented design lets air circulate through the gaps and around product to maintain uniform temperatures in a walk-in freezer. When used in a warm environment, the air circulates to reduce dust and debris accumulation.
With its brushed graphite gray finish, the Cambro CBA185464V4580 polymer louvered shelf kit matches most kitchen themes, and it's made of durable polypropylene for long-term commercial use. It's safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit and equipped with leveling feet for stability. The kit includes eight traverses and four bags of eight-count dovetails, while its post connectors and wedges come pre-assembled to streamline installation.
