With a maximum capacity of 1,800 pounds, the Cambro CBA183664V5580 add-on shelving unit is useful for holding boxed and bagged ingredients, supplies, and other goods. It has an add-on design, so it can be attached to an existing starter unit, and it withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for use in walk-in coolers and warm areas in the kitchen. Positioned on leveling feet, this unit can be installed in areas with uneven flooring without wobbling or rocking. The post connectors and wedges come pre-assembled, and the kit includes 10 traverses and five bags of eight-count dovetails for installation.

The Cambro CBA183664V5580 polymer shelving unit is built with five tiers. Each of the shelves are louvered to enable airflow, ensuring uniform product temperatures in a walk-in cooler or freezer. Made of polypropylene, the shelf plates are moisture and chemical resistant as well as durable enough for long term use in a commercial facility. The top shelf can hold 400 pounds, while the remaining shelves accommodate as much as 600 pounds each.
