This polymer is also more versatile than metal plate covers because it resists dents and scratches, doesn't need to be polished, and has a quiet, lightweight structure. Its amber color provides a direct view of product while matching common color schemes in hospitals, hotels, and restaurants, and to prepare for next use, operators can wash this unit in a dishmachine and stack it with similarly sized plate covers.
