Cambro 905CW152 Description
The Cambro 905CW152 Camwear® Camcover® plate cover's clear structure enables operators to view plated meals directly. More versatile than metal plate covers, it's lighter, quieter to use, resists dents and scratches, and doesn't require polishing. To preserve food's heat for serving, it can be used in heated cabinets with its polycarbonate construction, which can be exposed to temperatures as hot as 210 degrees Fahrenheit. After use, it can be cleaned in a dishwasher and stacked with similarly sized plate covers to organize storage.
