Cambro 905CW133 Description
Designed to shield plated meals from contaminants while retaining heat, the Cambro 905CW133 Camwear® Camcover® plate cover's inner diameter is 9 1⁄2 inches and its outer height measures 2 13⁄16 inches. Because it's made of polycarbonate and withstands temperatures as high as 210 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be used in a heated cabinet with plated foods to prevent constant reheating. Unlike metal plate covers, its lightweight structure resists dents and scratches, is quiet to use, and doesn't require polishing. It's beige to blend in with common restaurant, hotel, and healthcare facility decorations, and it can be washed in a dishmachine after use.
