Cambro 38CW148 Description
With its third-size configuration and 8-inch depth, the Cambro 38CW148 food pan can hold 7 3⁄10 quarts of product. Operators can keep up with how much product is left by checking the graduation marks that are molded into the material in standard and metric units. Made of polycarbonate, the pan resists bending, breaking, cracking, and denting. This material is safe to use in cold storage applications, and it keeps contents as cold as metal alternatives while accumulating less condensation. The interior is smooth and has a nonstick finish, enabling operators to remove all product to increase product yield and streamline cleaning.
