Cambro 38CW110 Description
Because it has an 8-inch depth, the Cambro 38CW110 third-size food pan has a large, 7 3⁄10-quart capacity. It's made of polycarbonate, so it resists denting, cracking, bending, and breaking, and it can be used in cold storage applications. This material stays as cold as metal pans, but unlike metal, the it won't produce much condensation. Graduation marks are molded into the pan so operators can measure how much product is left in either standard or metric units. This pan has a smooth nonstick interior, which facilitates cleaning and increases product yield.
