Cambro 38CW135 Description
The 8-inch depth of this Cambro 38CW135 third-size food pan can hold 7 3⁄10 quarts. It's constructed of polycarbonate—a durable material that resists breaking, bending, and denting. This material is safe between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, and it stays as cold as metal with less condensation buildup. Because this material is clear, operators can see stored items and keep an eye on product. Molded-in standard and metric measurement graduations on the side enable precise inventory management. The pan's interior is smooth and nonstick, so operators can remove all product to increase yields and streamline cleaning. Resistant to scratching, the base of the pan is textured.
