The Cambro 36S900416 Camrack® glass rack's open interior promotes thorough circulation of water and cleaning solution, eliminating the need for rewashing. Its individual compartments separate glassware during washing, transport, and storage, inhibiting breakage and lowering replacement costs. To protect glasses from contaminants such as bacteria and dirty hands, the glass rack's side walls are enclosed. This unit's strong polycarbonate construction can tolerate chemical exposure and heat as hot as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, suiting it for commercial dishmachine use.
