The Cambro 36S900119 Camrack® glass rack is made of polycarbonate, a durable material that resists chemical exposure and temperatures as hot as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To streamline cleaning, this unit is safe for commercial dishmachine use, and its 36 compartments separate glassware to prevent breakage during washing and transport. For further protection, the glass rack is designed with enclosed outer walls, while its open interior enables water and cleaning solution to circulate thoroughly in and around glassware to eliminate the need for rewashing. Because the glass rack's base is Sherwood green, it's suitable for use in color-coding systems.
